Join us as we explore the wonderful world of fiber and learn
the art of knitting. Workshops will meet
one time per week for 4 weeks and be geared towards beginner and intermediate
knitters.
Learn to Knit
Yes you can! Learn
the fine art of knitting and get started creating one of a kind fashions and
accessories! In this workshop you will
learn to cast on, knit, purl and cast off.everything you need to know to get
started. Make two sides of a beanbag , stuff it and sew it together! Make friends along the way!
My First Sweater
Have some skills and want to move past basic knit and
purl? Well this workshop is for
you! You will learn how to make a cute
little sweater perfect for your Webkinz friends!
Increasing, decreasing and seaming are all a part of this
workshop and when you are done you will have all the knowledge you will need to
make yourself a sweater.
Parents!!! We want you! Its more fun to knit
with someone special. Knitting is the
perfect hobby to share with your child and it also helps to increase math
skills, decrease stress and knitting utilizes left and right brain activity!!! When your children have a question with their
newfound skill, they will turn to you for help! Come and learn together.all the workshops we offer are perfect to take WITH your child!
